Fan favourite Nabbe Malki pitted against ruthless striker Ebrima Faal at FCR 16!

After a successful event in Stockholm Fight Club Rush with return to the home base in Västerås for the 16th event - which is shaping up to be nothing short of spectacular!

The next fight to become official is a pro welterweight contest pitting fan favourite Nabbe Malki (1-0) against dangerous striker Ebrima Faal (0-2)!

Malki has amassed impressive amateur wins over the likes of Christian Stigenberg, Addis Saljevic and Michael Kouamé - the last of which secured an amateur title. He has a huge presence among fans of Swedish football club Hammarby and has proven to be an outstanding ticket seller.

Malki made his much-anticipated pro debut against arch rival Taylan Isik at FCR 15. Malki showed no signs of ring rust whatsoever and completely styled on his opponent, securing a dominant first round TKO win.

Faal is an under the radar fighter who is known for his vicious striking. So far he has come up short as a pro against the grappling prowess of FCR fighters Oskar Sivard and Theodor Berggren.

Last year Faal also stepped up on short notice in a Muay Thai bout against Anton Wall - two-time Swedish champion in Muay Thai. Faal gave it 100% but the bout was cut short as he broke his leg, forcing an end to the fight.

Now Faal is healed up and more than ready to take on Malki - one of the most popular fighters in the division!
