No fight card goes from planning to fight night without changes and that is the case for Fight Club Rush 20 as Mehmosh Raza has pulled out of his main event slot against Swedish knockout king Tobias "Bad Intention" Harila (12-4). Now Georgian top prospect Levan "The Piranha" Kirtadze (13-3) will step in to serve as one half of the main event against Harila.
FCR 20 goes down at ABB Arena in Västerås on June first and will be the biggest FCR show to date by far!
Harila makes his beloved return to Västerås, having knocked out Fernando Flores at FCR 6 in his last time competing in his hometown.
With a staggering 92% of his wins coming by knockout, Harila has earned the moniker of "Knockout King of Sweden" - with a whopping eight KO's in the very first round.
After amassing an impressive 8-1 record Harila was signed by Cage Warriors, bulldozing Aiden Stephen in his promotional debut. So far all of Harila's wins in Cage Warriors have been secured by KO though he is most recently coming off of a TKO loss due to arm injury against James Hendin.
Kirtadze matches Harila's style with a 69% finishing rate with every single one of those finishes coming by way of knockout. He's the number two ranked featherweight in the entire Caucasus region where he has competed throughout most of his career.
"The Piranha" is also a 2023 Grappling champion and has defeated top Spanish prospect Kevin Cordero. Having never been finished via T/KO, Kirtadze holds wins in two of his last three fights and now hopes to silence the Västerås crowd.
Both Harila and Kirtadze prefer to keep the fight on the feet and will surely ignite the crowed with a fiery featherweight main event at FCR 20!
